Uploading attachments to forum problem

I've been unable to post anything either on this site or sat-times for almost a week now..

On sat-times it says upload "failed".

On this site it says a 2.90mb rar file is "too large" ?

its language goes down to change when we open it.

Log in
Make sure Form upload is ticked
Browse for file
Tick I accept terms of service
Click Host It
File will upload after a few seconds then you will be given a Download link & Delete Link.

Make sure the file is in zip or rar format

I have just tested a 5.5MB upload at Ysharing.com and had no problems. The problem must be at your side.
We are only using the upload centre for files.
